An ecofriendly boutique homestay located in the village Sasbani in the Nainital District of Uttarakhand.

IN HOUSE RULES AND TERMS

Guests must carry a set of woollens even during summer. We are in the midst of Oak forest and it tends to get cold after evening.
Guests must carry their own medications. There is no market nearby.
Our water comes from a natural spring up in the mountain. We also harvest rainwater. Water is a scarce and precious commodity in the hills. We request you to use water judiciously at all times.
Guests are requested not to leave behind any plastic waste as there is no waste disposal system in the hills.
At the Homestead, we only light bonfires in the severely cold weeks between December and February. Please do not request a bonfire during other months, it is simply not cold enough to warrant it, and we hate to disappoint you.
We provide 'electric blankets' during cold months. Beds get decently warm with electric blankets. Room heaters are not provided.
Moving out of the property after dark or late at night without being escorted is strictly prohibited. The hosts shall not be responsible for any unforeseen events if due precautions are not taken from the guest's side.
We are not a pet-friendly property.
We do not have any separate accommodation facility for maids or drivers.
Photo ID proof (Govt. Issued ID like passport, aadhar card etc.) mandatory for guests upon check-in.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
Service timings are between 7 am and 10 pm and must be strictly adhered to. Our staff comes from the nearby village and need to get back home in time.
Playing the music of any sort, in the outdoors, is not permissible. Sound levels in the rooms too have to be kept low so that it does not disturb any other guest or neighbours.
Strictly no smoking inside the room or in any common area.
Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss or theft.

CANCELLATION POLICY

21 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund of accommodation tariff
14 - 20 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of accommodation tariff 13 - 8 days prior to check-in: 30% refund of accommodation tariff
1- 7 days prior to check-in: 20% refund of the accommodation tariff
Cancellation on the check-in date or in case of no show: No refund
