The Homestead

The homestead has four tastefully designed cottages. We believe in living in harmony with nature. The cottages have been designed to enjoy the ambience of the existing orchard and the bordering forest. All the cottages have earthy elements, and on a clear day, majestic view of the snowcapped Nandakot and Panchchuli peaks can be mesmerizing and enthralling.

How to reach
Delhi Hapur by-pass-Gajraula-Moradabad bypass-Rampur-Rudrapur-Haldwani-Kathgodam-Bhimtal-Padampuri-Dhari-Dhanachuli-Kalapatal-Sasbani.
Nainital Bhowali-Khutani-Padampuri-Dhari-Dhanachuli-Kalapatal-Sasbani.
Corbett (Ramnagar) ) Kaladhungi- Haldwani-Kathgodam-Bhimtal-Padampuri-Dhari-Dhanachuli-Kalapatal-Sasbani.

Once you reach Kalapatal, leave the main road, and take the road going downhill to village Sasbani, At approx. 2kms from this point you will reach a cluster of shops.
A cobbled road through oak thicket brings you to the Homestead.
Call us when you reach Kalapatal. Our boys will come on the road to guide you.
